You can find me at the Lady Bay Treatment Rooms, located within the Lady Bay Resort in Warrnambool. For directions, my address is: Lady Bay Resort, Level 1/2 Pertobe Rd, Warrnambool VIC 3280. If you’re unsure where to go upon arrival, just ask at the front desk—the reception staff will gladly assist you.
Enjoy free on-site parking at the front or rear of the Lady Bay Resort. As a visitor, you are warmly welcomed to park within their lot. Before your session, relax in our spacious, calm waiting room and take a moment just for yourself.
Booking is easy! Simply explore my availability and treatments via my online calendar. You can instantly schedule your session by selecting your preferred treatment. If you’d rather discuss availability first, feel free to email me!
You’ll always receive a confirmation email once your booking is complete, along with a required deposit to reserve your appointment. If you don’t receive the email, your booking may not have gone through—please try again or reach out by email at holla@janellecrawford.com.au, and I’ll be happy to assist you.
My practice hours are Tuesday to Friday from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. I’m closed on Thursdays, Sundays, and Mondays, and the latest appointment I offer is at 4:00 PM.
If you need to cancel, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance so I can offer your spot to someone on my waitlist. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee of half the treatment cost.. If you miss your appointment without prior notice, the full treatment cost will be charged.
I accept cash, EFT, or direct deposit. For cash payments, you can settle on the day of your treatment. If you prefer direct deposit, please request my account details ahead of time, and send me the receipt number afterward. A small surcharge of 1.6% applies for EFT payments. All treatments must be paid upfront for a smooth experience.
Yes! Disabled parking is conveniently located at the rear of the resort, with easy access to the elevator for a smooth and comfortable arrival.
I currently offer prenatal massage only to clients within my established clientele. This decision prioritizes your well-being and ensures I provide the best care possible. For new clients, I can recommend local trained pregnancy massage therapists.
Gift vouchers have no expiry date.
They cannot be redeemed for cash.
All vouchers are issued as a value amount, not a specific service or package, and are subject to price changes. If the price of a service increases, the recipient may need to pay the difference upon redemption.
Gift vouchers are void if the appointment is booked but not attended.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
You will pay your chosen tier price for any additional massage booked. This way, you can enjoy the self-care you deserve!
If you need to cancel an appointment, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. This allows me to reschedule and offer your time slot to someone else who may be waiting. For cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, a late cancellation fee will apply, deducting half of your massage credit. If you miss your appointment without prior notification, the full treatment cost will be deducted from your membership credits.
Unused credits roll over for 12 months before expiring. If you miss a month, you can catch up at a time that works for both you and Janelle. What’s even better? You can share any unused credits with friends or family to help them on their wellness journey too!
Your membership will automatically renew on the 1st of each month using your preferred payment method on file unless you provide written notice to cancel or pause your membership.
No, there are no contracts or hidden fees. You can join or cancel whenever you need. Please note that memberships are limited to one join per calendar year. For example, if you start in January for 3 months and then cancel, you won’t be able to rejoin until the following January.
