Where you'll be​
We will gather together in a space that has been intentionally designed to support deep rest, realignment and healing, boutique eco-accomodation, Desa Retreat, in Jan Juc, Victoria.
Your wintery cocoon will be one of two Eco Villas the property features, Mutki and Sukha. Each quad shared and light-filled villa stand side-by-side surrounded by stunning landscaped gardens.
Desa Retreat is a little piece of paradise with an abundance of plants for the birds and bees, nestled in nature with the ocean just a stones throw away.

Melt into your body and breathe more deeply during a grounding 1.5hr Yin Yoga class.

Yin Yoga is a relaxed and rejuvenating yoga practice which aids in promoting a deeper connection and appreciation for oneself.

In a world that propels us into a linear way of being, believing faster is better, a fire ceremony is the perfect gateway into a timeless, liminal container.

Drummed walking meditation
With the sand beneath your feet, ocean sea spray blowing through your hair and the drums beat anchoring you into your body, may you hear the whispers of your heart at long last.

Meditation in sisterhood with a shared intention can be a powerful experience, especially when followed by a cleansing ocean dip!
Meet your facilitator, Janelle

I have always known I was here to weave connections & to create the beautiful containers required to foster these connections. I believe we all desire deeper connections; with ourSelf, wider community, Mama Earth and the cosmos. And it's my greatest honour to create retreats containers, like this one, which allow women to have lived embodied experiences of connection.
​
When I'm not holding space for women in my healing sanctuary, in circle or on retreats, I can be found mothering my two fur babies, Milo and Loki, attending nourishing retreats for myself and exploring on weekends with my fur family in our caravan.
​
The magic of retreats
Women describe walking away from my Seasonal Retreats feeling replenished, understood, grounded and hopeful. Retreats are a sacred and healing experience, that can be a deeply nourishing medicine to a woman’s soul.
My retreats are a safe space for you to ground, nurture yourself, hear from other women (and remember that you’re not alone!), and if you feel called to, share about your experiences, emotions and desires in life.

With my gatherings, wether in retreat form or 1:1, my intention is to create a container that supports you to foster a deeper connection with yourself, and the world around you.
​
I believe this is all the more possible when you have the opportunity to step away from your day-to day and land in an intentionally woven space that celebrates your wholeness.
​
You will be welcomed just are you are, loved just as you arrive and witnessed for all you are and all you are becoming.
